Louise Rive “You are born alone. You die alone. The value of the space between is trust and love” wrote French American artist Louise Bourgeois. I reflect on these thoughts with my many figured works in this show, figures wrapped around each other, holding on and connected. In other works, solitary figures speak to their separateness.”

Chuck Joseph “I am a magpie, I collect things, clay things, bright things, shiny things. The clay in this exhibition is inspired by the Empress pepper pot of the Hoxne Hoard, figured Greek Amphora, and folk art ceramic toys that tell tales of people living their lives.”
